FREE Event: Join Living History Interpreters for the 234rd anniversary encampment. Learn about the men and women who fought in the Battle of Kings Mountain.
Saturday, October 4
A variety of demonstrations will be held throughout the day, including musket and rifle demonstrations along with children’s militia drills. Camps will be open all day–living history interpreters will demonstrate trades and crafts, 18th-century medicine, cooking, fife and drum, and more. Guided Lantern Tours begin at 7:00 PM. Reservations required. We will begin taking reservations on September 19, 2014.
