Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism (PRT) and the Rock Hill Dog Club invite you and your dog to “Paws in the Park” at the Dog Park at Spencer Park.
This free event includes pet competitions, a blessing of the dogs, a local K-9 unit and more. Local pet-related organizations and businesses will be on hand with information and answers to your pet questions.
