Let your hair down, play disc golf, get some exercise, meet new friends, and help put an end to breast cancer… all before lunch time. Join us for “Throw Pink.” Ladies of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend.
Instructional clinic at 9:00 AM will get new players on their feet and refine the skills of those that have played before. A casual round will follow on the beginner friendly Fewell Park course. Everything will wrap up by noon. Play singles, or bring your own partner, or we can pair you up with a partner.
The $10 fee includes the round of disc golf, a Throw Pink t-shirt, a ticket to the United States Disc Golf Championship (final round is also October 4), and a donation to a breast cancer charity.
If you don’t have discs, that’s not a problem. There will be plenty available to use. Drinks and snacks will also be provided. Gift certificates and trophies will be awarded for individual and team play.
Pre-register online to ensure your shirt size at Disc Golf United. An additional $1.50 will be donated to the charity for each person who signs up online in advance. Or, sign up on site. (Be sure to arrive 30 minutes early).
