A Southern-style back-country Christmas comes to life during Historic Brattonsville’s annual Christmas Candlelight Tours. Through candlelit vignettes, costumed interpreters will recreate Christmas of the back-country settlers in the 18th and 19th centuries. You will learn of old and new Christmas traditions. In addition to the tours, children of all ages will enjoy period hands-on activities and visits with Father Christmas. Relax around the campfire , and enjoy musical entertainment. Friends of Historic Brattonsville will provide food, hot drinks and baked goods for purchase.
Historic Brattonsville is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy holiday season and experience some good old fashioned fun.
Please note that Brattonsville Road will be closed from 2:30-9:30 PM. Please follow the detour signs.
Admission fees are Adults $10; Seniors $8; Youth 4-17 $6; 3 and under and CHM members free
