Kings Mountain National Military Park – Backcountry Militia Encampment

The Backcountry Militia will be encamped at Kings Mountain NMP’s Visitor Center – discussing life on the Carolina frontier during the Revolution. They will demonstrate colonial trades and crafts – including cooking, medicine, and more. Weapons demonstrations of the musket and long rifle will be held throughout this event.
